My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had an excellent view, but some aspects didn't meet expectations, like the floors being separated and buckled. The service was helpful, but communication in English was a bit challenging. The location was ideal for driving to Segovia, although a minor language barrier was present. The dining options were varied and fresh. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The location was amazing with a magical view of the aqueduct, but being above fast-food outlets and on a busy street was less than ideal. The room, despite being clean and comfortable, lacked character. The service was attentive but could have been more insistent on mask-wearing.
